Reviews
Considering the circumstances, the people at the consulate do a great job. Everything is organized, and staff is polite and efficient at all times (which cannot be said about some visitors, unfortunately). Special thanks to the notary official who verifies the text of all documents and makes recommendations when needed.
I was shocked how smoothly everything went after bad experiences with consulates and visa centres in the past. The employee was friendly and spoke good English. The only issue is that they only accept German debit cards.
They were really helpful and considerate.
I am very grateful for quality of informational support provided by Consulate General of Ukraine in Frankfurt. The accessibility of public service and possibility of getting a quick and reliable response per messenger or telephone makes a positive impression and builds up a basis for a trustworthy realtionship between Ukrainian citizens and the authorities.
Please l want to ask if you have someone that speaks in English after someone has been invited to ukraine by a foreign student.
Called several time. No response.
Unstable psychopaths in the official service... This thought stays with me every time I have to go there. Abuse of power is the order of the day, and often sheer humiliation that one has to endure in order to achieve even the slightest. Sometimes 6/7 hours of waiting time pass, only to find out that the responsible employee simply finished work early that day! Without warning the people waiting. Indescribable how this is allowed to happen, inhumane!!! By the way, things weren't much more pleasant before the war!
Need an affidavit of marital status to get married.
I called 100 times, it was always busy, I wrote an email with no answer. I tried to make an appointment online, but it doesn't work because you need authorization, which doesn't work because the whole site is a beta version, everything used to be better worked well when I had a request.
I'm desperate even though I only need a simple thing and can't go there without an appointment.
